Aromatherapy, which has been practiced for thousands of years, uses essential oils and fragrances to promote overall health. The scents chosen for this season are verbena, lavender, jasmine, cotton, pink pepper, and chamomile. These scents are particularly beneficial at this time of year when fatigue and tiredness are common. They can provide a boost to both the body and mind until vacation time arrives. These scents can be enjoyed in various forms, such as essential oils, moisturizers, shampoos, perfumes, and colognes. By incorporating these scents into daily routines, individuals can experience the therapeutic effects of aromatherapy and enhance their well-being.
